About Operation Drains of the Upstate, Inc.

Founded in 1997 by Vietnam War veteran William (Bill) Teichman, Operation Drains was created with the goal of providing the Upstate community with reliable, ethical, and personalized plumbing and drain services. Bill, a recipient of three Purple Hearts, recognized that large corporate franchises weren't meeting the needs of local customers, so he set out to offer a more community-focused alternative. His caring approach, including charging elderly clients only a pastry and coffee for services, helped him build a strong and loyal customer base.

In 1999, Bill’s nephew, Daniel (Dan) Reynolds, moved to South Carolina and began working alongside Bill, learning the plumbing trade and acquiring his mechanical license. In 2006, Dan and his wife, Ellen, purchased the assets of the company and rebranded it as Operation Drains of the Upstate, Inc. Today, we continue Bill's legacy of hard work, integrity, and community service, offering a wide range of plumbing and drain cleaning services with a family-first attitude.

With over 25 years of experience, we remain dedicated to providing the same level of care and professionalism Bill instilled in the company, ensuring that every job is completed with precision and a customer-focused approach

Warren and Brad were very courteous, thorough, knowledgable, and professional. Michelle was also very helpful. My repairs were completed in a timely manner, and the quality was top notch. Hands down the best in the business! Very honest and dependable!

I have used Operation Drains three times for different fixes. All three times the job was done quickly at a reasonable price. I haven't seen the same people twice and every one of them was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. Last night Keith and Josh unplugged a badly clogged main/two inch drain in about 30 minutes. They were careful not to let my dog out of the back yard and they cleaned up beautifully afterward. I highly recommend Operation Drains. Don't even bother with any other company.
